Under the project, National Agricultural Technology Program Phase II (NATP-2), the development objective of the program is to increase the agricultural productivity of smallholder farmers and improve their access to the market in selected districts.

After the tender was released, many software companies started submitting their proposals to the PMU. Among all the companies, with the highest technical and financial scores, Southtech won the project. This project will be fully funded by The World Bank.
