Samsung starts SMART Service for its customers

Samsung has recently started SMART Service for its customers. This a one-stop solution to all the software related issues of Samsung devices. The SMART services will be provided through a Samsung experience consultant at selected Samsung stores.

A Samsung experience consultant will be there to help customers with free software upgrades, software tweaks, and device recovery. Other benefits of SMART services include 100% accuracy of latest OS, solve OS missing bug, upgrade to solve common issue, upgrade to add features, internet interruption issue, OS crash issues, and many more. Through this service, users will be able to conserve their data and forget about the hassles of upgrading.

Regarding this service, Md. Muyeedur Rahman, Head of Mobile, Samsung Bangladesh said, “As the number one mobile handset brand, we always try to provide the best customer service to our users. And we always try to introduce new services to make our cherished customers lives easier. By thinking about our customers, we decided to start SMART Service where they will be able to get all the solutions to their devices. Samsung SMART Service will allow the customers to experience a whole range of services, right at our Samsung store.”

SMART services will be available in more than 100 locations countrywide.
