Referring to industry sources, Times hints that the rift may be caused by a squabble between the longstanding host and the channel authority. Sudipa, also, expressed her feeling over a Facebook post over this earlier.

After Sudipa left, Aparijita and Maitri Banerjee were at times appointed with the anchor ship.

In their attempt to involve in the usual number of viewers, the channel authority has come up with this special focus on Bangladeshi recipes along with its seasonal themes.
