Huawei, world’s leading ICT solution provider and smartphone manufacturer, has inaugurated its largest customer service center in Mirpur. By inaugurating this service center, Huawei has taken another leap towards providing the best services to its customers across the country.
Mr. Aaron, Country Director, Device Business Department at Huawei Technologies (Bangladesh) Limited, was present as the Chief Guest at the inauguration of the service center. Ziauddin Chowdhury, Deputy Country Director, Device Business Department at Huawei Technologies (Bangladesh) Limited and Mohammad Zahirul Islam, Managing Director, Smart Technologies (Bangladesh) Ltd. attended the ceremony as Special Guests.
At the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Aaron said, “We are very pleased to inaugurate the new service center consists of state-of-the-art technology and experienced smartphone experts. For providing top-notch smartphones and after-sales service, Huawei has gained the confidence of the people of Bangladesh very quickly. These types of service centers will enhance instant and effective service among the growing customers of Huawei. To fulfill our commitment to the Bangladeshi market, we will soon open more service centers across the country. ”
This newly opened, largest Huawei customer service center is located at Promise Tower, Section 6, Plot 23, Main Road 1, Mirpur 2, Dhaka- 1216. The customer service center will be supervised by Smart Technologies (Bangladesh) Ltd.
At the service center, customers will be able to avail free services for devices with warranty. Customer will also get services for devices without warranty at affordable prices.
Including this new customer service center, Huawei has 14 customer service centers and 72 collection points across the country at present. Huawei also aims to introduce another two customer service centers in Narayanganj and Tangail in February.
