Grameenphone Ltd. launches “Grameenphone Lounge” a state of the art digital retail shop for its customers to gain a unique opportunity to experience the digital services in real time while getting customer services. The first such lounge has been inaugurated at Gulshan.
Aminul Hassan, BTRC Commissioner, Spectrum Management, inaugurated the GP Lounge at Gulshan today. Yasir Azman, Deputy CEO, Mahmud Hossain, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of Grameenphone and Tahsan Rahman Khan, Brand Ambassador of the company were present on the occasion along with other senior officials of the company.
Lauding GP’s effort to provide a better experience to its customer, Aminul Hassan said, “I thank Grameenphone on behalf of the customers and people of Bangladesh for introducing such an experience center. It will become more effective when 4G will be launched.”
Grameenphone Lounge will provide customers with the opportunity to experience Grameenphone’s digital product portfolio like WowBox, GPAY, My GP, GP Music, Bioscope, TONIC and purchase a wide variety branded and non-branded mobile accessories.
Additionally, customers will have the option to experience innovative futuristic digital products like the Internet of Things (IOT), Smart Home and Virtual Reality entertainments during their visits to the lounge.
