Popular Musician and Actor Tahsan chart out his future plans to media during the formal launch of his latest album ‘Obhiman Amar’ at GPHouse on September 7.
In the launching event, Tahsan shared information on various aspects of the album with the guests and journalists. The album was released on the occasion of Eid ul Adha.
The music video of ‘Obhiman Amar’ was released on the night before Eid and has already created a huge buzz on social media. The album contains a total of seven songs. Tahsan Khan himself wrote six of the songs, while the other was jointly written by Fazbir Taj and Tahsan. Three of the songs were composed by Tahsan, while Sajid Sarkar and Nahid Noman Arup wrote two songs each. Tahsan has dedicated the song ‘Koshto’ to the recently deceased Chester Bennington, lead vocalist of Linking Park out of his love and respect for the highly popular international artist.
The album is one Tahsan holds very close to his heart and contains a lot of his untold stories. To share those untold stories and the background stories of the album, he uploaded five vlogs on his official Facebook page before the release of the album.
Tahsan fans were in for a few surprises during the end of the press conference. Besides, two competitions were declared for Tahsan fans. The participant who would cover Tahsan’s song best would get an opportunity to sing the song with Tahsan sharing the same stage. Also, listeners will be able to make a wish come true with Tahsan.
Besides, surprise announcements regarding Tahsan’s visit to the US and a concert scheduled for October with regards to the latest album were made. In the concert, Tahsan will sing tracks from the latest album.
Obhiman Aamar has been specially released on GP Music. Moreover, the music videos have been released only on Grameenphone’s Bioscope platform.
