PSA Group secured unconditional EU antitrust approval to acquire GM’s Opel

News Hour:

French carmaker PSA Group secured unconditional EU antitrust approval on Wednesday to acquire General Motors’ German unit, Opel, a move which will help it better compete with market leader Volkswagen.
